Founded by Anastasia Koutsioukis and Ahmet Erkaya, Mandolin Aegean Bistro opened its doors in December 2009. Located in a restored 1940's home with one of the most notable gardens and outdoor patio spaces in Miami, every attention to detail matters.
Bringing their combined culture and spirited hospitality to the forefront of Miami's food scene, Mandolin's culinary team has interpreted the traditional recipes and seasonality of Greek and Turkish coastal food. Mandolin is dedicated to using local ingredients while incorporating Aegean techniques.
As you enter the blue gates and pass through the bougainvillea, you will be transported to the tavernas along the Aegean coastal towns where the Greek Islands meet the Turkish coast. Our village will greet you with a dose of warm, genuine, Mediterranean hospitality as you indulge in the taste and traditions of the Aegean.
Today Mandolin has become a home away from home for our local Miami community and international travelers. Mandolin is more than just a restaurant, it's a way of life.
